The Floorlate '90s · where it began

Before a phone was in every pocket, I was in the mall selling cell phones to people who weren't sure they needed one. That's where I learned to read a stranger, take a no on the chin, and close — the craft everything I build still runs on. I've been early ever since.

Seventeen years in the highest-pressure sales environment there is. Salesperson to General Sales Manager with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram — managing millions, building teams, and turning chaos into process that prints predictable revenue.

Two decades building someone else's empire was enough. I walked away to build my own — and to do for other operators what I'd only ever done inside the building: install the systems that scale.

Long before the ventures — in his twenties — Scott was already in the rooms: Membership Chairman of the Sunnyvale Rotary Club, and a member of the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce and the city's Economic Development Committee. He learned early that influence is built by showing up for the people who build a city.

Giving back

Helped spearhead efforts to feed the homeless in downtown San Jose, and joined the annual mission to donate and hand-deliver Christmas gifts to special-needs children in Gilroy. Community isn't a campaign — it's a habit.
